Coextrusion film blowing is a process used to create multi-layered plastic films in a single manufacturing step. Instead of extruding a single plastic resin, it uses multiple extruders to melt different polymers and combine them in a single die head. The molten layers are then extruded together as a continuous tube, inflated into a large bubble, cooled, and flattened into a multi-layered film.
